Every course and every paring of every dinner is created in response to your desires and the availability of great produce. Once we understand what is important for you, we work with our chef-partners on each dish to make sure that flavors, textures and wines all come together in happiness inducing ways. As with all of our events, your guests will leave knowing a bit more about a particular wine, a region, a grape variety, a vintage, and sometimes all of the above. Our goal is always to encourage questions and conversation. Lectures bore us, too. Whether we do an event in a private home or at a non-traditional venue somewhere around Chicago, we can help you make your friends, clients, and associates, happy.
