“Damien and Candid Wines introduced us
to some extraordinarily complex and
wonderful wines at a
private tasting that
was both intimate and informative.  The
emphasis is on enjoying wine, both on a
sensory level and in an historical context
.“

Custom House, the latest addition in the
trio of restaurants making up the Spring
Restaurant Group, merges style and
creativity with a well-thought out and
enticing menu resulting in a warm and
urbane hot spot. Critically acclaimed Chef
Shawn McClain hones his craft with a menu
that focuses on artisanal meats and only the
freshest ingredients. The same attention to
detail that brought success to the
seafood-focused Spring and the
vegetable-focused Green Zebra is clearly in
play at Custom House.
