Chef's Counter Dinner SOLD OUT — But the Dining Room is Open Thursday, November 6th at Bar Parisette (6:30-9:30 PM): Meet Emmanuel Guillot-Broux, whose family planted Burgundy's first organic vineyard in 1954. His father uncovered stone walls hidden by forest and re-established historic Mâconnais sites. Chefs Nick and Madalyn created a special menu paired with Guillot-Broux wines including ungrafted Chardonnay and single-vineyard bottlings from Les Perrières, Les Combettes, and Les Genièvrières.
